We are passionate about coffee. That means we expect more from a bag of coffee than just a killer jolt of caffeine. We publish independent coffee guides so you can choose beans, brew methods, and gear with clear trade-offs. We do not roast or sell coffee.
How Are We Different
Like so many other down-to-earth coffee lovers, we were tired of choosing between stale grocery-store coffee and painfully overpriced boutique brews. These guides explain freshness, roast date, and value so you can buy from roasters that fit your taste and budget. We do not sell or ship coffee.
Quality and Freshness
Even the highest-grade coffee tastes bad if it is old. Look for a printed roast date, buy whole bean when you have a grinder, and use the bag within a few weeks of roasting.
